Lavender, eucalyptus and patchouli. Fresh, clean and a little earthy. This is the blend I make the Cleanse roll-on from.
When I use it
After a spring clean, to finish the house off. On cold mornings when the windows have been shut for days. And the second someone in my house sneezes, it goes straight into the diffuser.
What's in it
Lavender*, eucalyptus*, patchouli*.
*Certified organic.
10ml of pure essential oil. No carrier oil, no fillers, no synthetic fragrance.
How to use it
Diffuser: 3 to 5 drops.
Oil burner: a few drops in the water.
Bath: mix 5 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil first, then add to the water. Oil and water don't mix, so undiluted drops sit on top and can irritate skin.
On skin: always dilute in a carrier oil. Or use the Cleanse roll-on, which is ready to go.
Do not swallow. Keep away from children and pets. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your healthcare professional first. Patch test before using on skin.
Questions
Can I put it straight on my skin?
No. Pure oil is too strong for skin. Dilute it, or grab the roll-on.
