It may be shared with trusted third party apps such as additional sales channels on Facebook, Instagram and shipping companies.  Your personal information may be used by LivEssence to contact you, including email marketing. Personal information such as credit card details are not shared with any third party other than the payment providers you use in our checkout. You may request in writing to delete all personal information stored on our database at any time; this will include deleting any personal information shared with third party apps associated with the LivEssence website.

 

EMAIL MARKETING

I may occasionally send you emails about LivEssence home fragrance products, including discount codes and other updates. By subscribing to email marketing or purchasing a product online, you agree to any relevant terms and conditions associated with this. You may unsubscribe at anytime and request in writing to have your personal  information deleted from our database.

SOCIAL MEDIA

By sharing a post, comment or review on the LivEssence Facebook or Instagram page, you adhere to LivEssence publicly sharing the post on social media or using the publicly shared information and media on the website. You may request in writing to have any such post deleted.

At market events I use a trusted Eftpos facility, Square, providing convenience for my customers accommodating PayPass, Apple and Android pay, and swipe and chip cards. Entering your details into my device is completely safe and under no circumstances is your payment information stored onto the connected mobile device.

  • Card-processing applications adhere to PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1.
  • Square prohibits the storage of card numbers, magnetic stripe data and security codes on client devices.
