Offer valid for new and returning customers, on first purchase of home fragrance products after subscribing to the mailing list. One VIP coupon code per person (not email address). Subscriptions and VIP codes prior to January 2020 are invalid and must unsubscribe and subscribe again for a valid coupon code. Each subscriber will be emailed a unique code, valid for one time, in the same transaction, and paid for via online debit/credit card, Paypal, Afterpay. Not valid if purchases are made after subscribing, but prior to receiving unique code; code must be used in the checkout. AUTOMATED EMAIL COUPON CODES
Eligible customers may receive an Abandoned Cart email and/or Product Review Request email. These emails may offer a discount to use in the checkout. These coupon codes are valid for one use per customer and may be limited to a stated time frame for use.
Refunds will not be offered for a change of mind after purchase. However, should your product be deemed in the same condition as at the time of purchase, and within a reasonable time frame, an exchange may be issued. If your products are faulty or not performing as they should, please contact me before using the product any further. Sale items, competition and raffle items and refills are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Once an order has left with Australia Post, what happens in transit is out of my control. Your products will be safely and securely packaged prior to shipping and a breakage is unlikely. Exchanges/credits will be discussed on an individual basis should your products be proven faulty. Should your order reach you in a state that is damaged or faulty, please get in contact with me immediately. Should you wish to purchase insurance for your Australia Post shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.
At any time, the products online may become unavailable. Once an order has been placed and paid for, a refund will not be offered for unavailable/out of stock items. In this event, a suitable date will be advised as to when your order will be ready, or another product offered in exchange for the product ordered. A credit coupon will be issued to use online for the amount paid should you choose not to opt for alternative products, or have a positive balance after any product exchange. If not already provided, it is always best to request a receipt for your products as proof of purchase (applicable at market events and when purchasing from a stockist).
If a refund is issued, it will be processed in the original payment form (ie PayPal, Credit Card).

Payments can be made via Stripe secure debit/credit card option, PayPal, Apple Pay*, Google Pay**, Afterpay or Humm in the checkout, or as a direct bank deposit by request after invoicing. Full payment must be received for your order to be processed.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide (standard) or $15 (express). Your products will be made to order, and shipped within 2-5 business days from placing an order. International postage costs vary due to the weight and size of the package and the location it is being shipped to. International postage is not available online and is required to be quoted and invoiced correctly. Please make an enquiry. Insurance for your shipping is available on request and additional shipping fees will apply. Please get in touch prior to completing your purchase online and this will be invoiced correctly.

LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up is available for selection in the checkout. Pick up times are strictly between 9am and 12pm, and 4pm and 6pm Monday to Friday. Your products will be securely placed in the insulated collection box out of the elements for the duration of these times. Your products will be ready for collection and the Alkimos address will be supplied once you have received your order shipping email.
Emails are sent on an occasional basis to inform subscribers and customers of new products, events, discounts and stockists. Subscribers may receive additional emails containing VIP discount codes, exclusive updates and event invites. Subscribers and customers may unsubscribe at any time via email request or the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the receiving email. Subscribers are encouraged to add email@example.com to their safe senders list to ensure emails are received. By subscribing as a VIP or purchasing products online, your name and email address you provide will be stored securely. Existing customers may also subscribe as a VIP to receive additional email marketing.
Wholesale applications are assessed on an individual basis using the information provided on the application form. These may be approved or declined at the discretion of LivEssence. Once an application has been approved, the customer will have access to our wholesale pricing and will be able to process their order online. Wholesale orders are subject to payment being received; payment must comply with the Wholesale Terms and Conditions and be received by LivEssence before the wholesale order is processed. Local pick up and flat rate shipping options in the checkout apply to all wholesale orders. 'Buy now, pay later' payments are not accepted for wholesale orders; payments are strictly made via Direct Deposit. All wholesale orders must comply with our Wholes Terms and Conditions set out in the Wholesale Application form.
A refill service is offered for your LivEssence used containers or your own provided jars. Candle container refills will be quoted per liquid measurement and incur a small cleaning fee. LivEssence refill jars that are opaque may incur slight scratching to the coloured coating inside of the jar during the cleaning process, however the upmost care will be taken to minimise this. Should this happen, please note the glass is not damaged and is safe to re-use.
Glassware sold by LivEssence is of a professional grade, tested to withstand the temperature of the soy wax. No liability will be taken for non-LivEssence containers provided by the customer, for any damages that may occur in the refill or burning process, nor any liability taken for the performance or life of the candle.
All LivEssence product vessels are able to be refilled. Please get in touch for a quote and to arrange a drop off/shipping location for your empty vessels to be taken to.
