The same blend that's in my Balance roll-on, as pure oil for your diffuser. Ylang ylang, pink grapefruit and rose geranium. Warm, floral and bright.

When I use it

In the diffuser on my desk on long admin afternoons. A few drops and the room changes.

What's in it

Ylang ylang*, pink grapefruit, rose geranium*.
*Certified organic.

10ml of pure essential oil. No carrier oil, no fillers, no synthetic fragrance.

How to use it

Diffuser: 3 to 5 drops.
Oil burner: a few drops in the water.
Bath: mix 5 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil first, then add to the water. Oil and water don't mix, so undiluted drops sit on top and can irritate skin.
On skin: always dilute in a carrier oil. Or use the Balance roll-on, which is ready to go.

Do not swallow. Keep away from children and pets. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your healthcare professional first. Patch test before using on skin.

Can I put it straight on my skin?
No. Pure oil is too strong for skin. Dilute it, or grab the roll-on.
